Our goal is to take the stress off of you and make this process as pleasant as possible. We offer a FREE in home consultation to help you determine if a professional estate sale is right for you. During our consultation,we discuss each step from start to finish and address any questions or concerns.
How does an estate sale work? First, we set up a time to meet and discuss any questions or concerns you may have about having an estate sale. We then decide on the dates to have the sale. Once that's established, we get to work. We have a knowledgeable and friendly staff that will research, stage, and price the contents of the estate for the sale. We then have the sale which usually takes place on a weekend. Once the sale is over, any remaining items can be donated at your discretion. Ask us about our clean-out service.
How long will it take? We can complete the process in as little as a week. This is based on how soon we meet, and the amount of items.
Above and beyond. If you're trying to sell your home, we can work with your Realtor. We're asked quite often during the sale, if the house is available for purchase. We can display your realtors business cards in an appropriate area.
Do you need to do anything? No, we will take care of everything from start to finish.
